At Devlin and Company, we offer a combination of print-on-demand products and ready-to-ship (non–print-on-demand) items.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Print-on-Demand Items
All items that feature sayings, graphics, artwork, or custom designs are produced using print-on-demand fulfillment.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Graphic t-shirts and apparel

Mugs, drinkware, and tumblers

Accessories featuring sayings or designs
-
Home or gift items printed with artwork or text
These products are created specifically for each order and are not pre-made or stocked inventory.
Because print-on-demand items are custom produced, all print-on-demand sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for print-on-demand items due to:

Incorrect size selection

Color preference
-
Customer ordering errors
-
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully prior to placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Print-on-Demand Items
If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Your claim must include:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the issue
Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion, in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Non–Print-on-Demand (Ready-to-Ship) Items
Eligible non–print-on-demand items may be returned for store credit only under the following conditions:

Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be:

Unused and unopened
-
Free from damage or signs of use
-
In original packaging, if applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

All print-on-demand and made-to-order items
-
Sale or discounted items
-
Accessories marked final sale

Seasonal or holiday merchandise

Items labeled “Final Sale”
Store Credit
Approved returns for eligible non–print-on-demand items will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit has no cash value

Store credit does not expire
-
Store credit may not be redeemed for cash or refunded to the original form of payment
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible non–print-on-demand items

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Orders returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Refused delivery
-
Failure to retrieve the package from the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
